Hey there! I'm Daniel, the guy behind Smooth Corner Studio. As a passionate videographer and photographer, I love capturing life's special moments and turning them into timeless memories (and making you look good in the process!).

Although I was born in Italy, I fell in love with Australia and moved to Perth in 2020. Now, I'm happily settled here with my better half.

My love affair with film photography began when I got my hands on my first film camera (the legendary Canon A1). I quickly realised that there's just something magical about capturing images on film that digital cameras can't quite replicate. Don't get me wrong, I still love digital too, but film will always have a special place in my heart (and my camera bag).

Not long after I started taking photos, I got hooked on video-making and storytelling. Nowadays, I spend most of my time behind the lens, creating stunning visuals and telling captivating stories.

When I'm not busy creating magic, you'll probably find me camping in the wilderness, hanging ten on my longboard (I wish!), or dreaming up my next big adventure.
